Strictly Scandinavian was established in 1986 in the quaint fishing village of Gig Harbor, Washington by Inge and Jim Miller. It is now owned and operated by Jeanette Olsson Wiggins. Born in Sweden to a Norwegian mother and Swedish father, Jeanette carries on the tradition of the store: celebrating Scandinavian heritage and featuring a large variety of Scandinavian treasures such as beautiful Swedish crystal, Danish porcelain, linens, unique jewelry, wall-hangings, Norwegian sweaters and pewter items, candles, napkins, cookbooks, ornaments and much, much more. Jeanette speaks Swedish, is a member of the Daughters of Norway and is active in promoting and celebrating Scandinavian heritage and culture in the Pacific Northwest.

Directions: Find us by taking the City Center exit off Highway 16; turn right if coming from Tacoma (or left if coming from Port Orchard/Bremerton) on to Pioneer Way. Go down the hill on Pioneer Way. At the three way stop turn Right and our building is second in from the corner, street parking is available or park back by the old store and walk around.  We are located about Spiro's Restaurant on the main street in Gig Harbor in the Gig Harbor Gift Mall. Velkommen!
