This pattern resembles the Rosemaling folk painting done from Norway.  It's scrolling design is both elegant and pleasing to the eye.  

Kristin is company founder Odd Leikvoll's first granddaughter. The design is inspired by traditional Norwegian wood carving, found on ancient stave churches. The process of combining the old wood carving pattern with the modern stainless steel was complicated and time-consuming, but the result is unique and pleasing.

Crafted entirely of 18/8 high quality stainless steel these will last many years to come.  This is a perfect starter kit for starting your own collection or getting a newly wed couple started on theirs.  Comes in a lovely gift box. Made in Norway.  Dishwasher Safe.
